Emmys 2024 Winners: Creative Arts, Night 1
It’s Night 1 of the Creative Arts Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, with statuettes being handed out in 50 mostly below-the-line categories Deadline is updating the winners live as they’re announced. See the list below.
Forty-nine more Emmys will be handed out at Sunday’s Creative Arts ceremony, and 25 are set for TV’s Biggest Night — the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards — on Sunday, September 15. ABC will air that show live coast-to-coast starting at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, also from the Peacock Theater downtown.
Overall, Shōgun leads with 25 Emmy nominations, followed by The Bear at 23, Only Murders in the Building at 21 and True Detective: Night Country at 19. Other notable amounts include the 17 for Fallout, 11 for Baby Reindeer and six for The Gilded Age.
This is the second Emmys of 2024; the 75th anniversary awards were presented in January 15, after being delayed due to the impact of the Hollywood strikes. Check out Deadline’s review of the show here. The list of Juried Emmy Awards, which were revealed last month, is here. The Juried categories allow for the possibility of one, more than one or no entry awarded an Emmy; there are no nominees but rather a one-step evaluation and voting procedure.
